B oston police and the state Department of Social Services are investigating the unexplained death of a 3-month-old baby girl, who reportedly went into cardiac arrest yesterday afternoon at an in-home day-care center in Roxbury. Before then, neighbor Pres Johnson, 22, said Reyes called him in a panic and was apparently going door to door, trying to find someone to resuscitate the baby. Johnson’s mother, Beverly Johnson, who recently took a CPR class with Reyes, said, “When I looked in (Reyes’) eyes, she looked like she’d had a nervous breakdown.
