A baby was burned by hot liquid late Wednesday, officials told KPRC Local 2. Webster police said they were called to the Skylar Pointe Apartments in the 1200 block of El Camino Village Drive at about 10 p. Investigators said a 1-year-old child was burned with what appeared to be a cup of hot tea. Detectives are working to determine how the liquid got on the baby. A carjacker told a Fort Worth woman, "I’m going to kill your baby," the mother of a 16-month-old boy said. Isabel Zavala was standing outside her car in the 2500 block of East Lancaster Avenue just after 9 p. Police found the car just a block away with little Antonio inside, 15 minutes after the carjacking was reported. Police obtained a surveillance photo from a motel near the scene of the kidnapping showing a man meeting the carjacking suspect’s description trying to get into rooms.
